Sago Pakoda

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sago (sabudana)
  • 2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
  • 1 cup plain flour (maida)
  • 1 cup curds (dahi)
  • 4 to 6 green chillies
  • small piece ginger (adrak)
  • 1 onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • coriander (dhania)
  • little cumin seeds (jeera)
Method
  1. Soak the sago in the curds( if u want to make the pakoda in the evening soak in the morning itself).
  2. Add to the sago,rice flour,maida,onoin,green chilli pieces,red chilli powder,ginger,salt,geera,mix well with little water
  3. And add coriander leaves.
  4. Heat oil,deep fry.
