Sago Pakoda
Ingredients
- 1 cup sago (sabudana)
- 2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
- 1 cup plain flour (maida)
- 1 cup curds (dahi)
- 4 to 6 green chillies
- small piece ginger (adrak)
- 1 onion
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- coriander (dhania)
- little cumin seeds (jeera)
Method
- Soak the sago in the curds( if u want to make the pakoda in the evening soak in the morning itself).
- Add to the sago,rice flour,maida,onoin,green chilli pieces,red chilli powder,ginger,salt,geera,mix well with little water
- And add coriander leaves.
- Heat oil,deep fry.
