Avocado Juice

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ½ tablespoon cardamom/elaichi seeds
Method
  1. Wash the Avocado and scoop out the flesh neatly with a spoon into a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  3. With the back of a spoon slowly mash the flesh into a uniform mixture.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients and blend it
  5. Refrigerate for an hour. And serve chill.
