Jowar Halwa

Ingredients
  • Extracted Milk from cooked Jowar : 2 cups
  • Sugar : 1 cup
  • Ghee : 2 spoons
  • Cardamom Crushed : 1/2 Spoon
  • Dry fruits (crushed) : As required
Method
  1. Soak 2 cups of jowar overnight.
  2. Pressure cook jowar for 5-6 whistles.
  3. Grind the jowar with required amount of water & extract milk.
  4. Now add sugar to the jowar milk, in medium flame keep stirring till the mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Add 2 spoons of ghee if the mixture sticks.
  6. Add crushed cardamom & dry fruits.
  7. Pour it to the tray & allow it cool for 1 hour.
  8. Cut into desired shape & serve.
