Chicken Tangri Malai Kebab
Ingredients
- 500 gms chicken
- 1 bowl of cream
- ½ bowl mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 tbsp thick yogurt
- 1 ½ tsp pepper
- Salt as per taste
- 1 ½ tsp corn flour
- ½ tsp nutmeg powder
- ½ tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
- 3 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
- Juice of half a lime
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- 1 tsp butter
Method
- Lightly make slits on the chicken pieces with a knife to ensure that the marinade seeps in.
- Mix salt, pepper powder, juice of half lime, coriander leaves and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl.Rub it well on the chicken pieces and keep this aside for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the marinade in a bowl. To do this, add cheese, thick yogurt, cream, salt, pepper, cornflour, nutmeg powder, green elaichi powder, coriander and butter. Mix well.
- Evenly spread the cream-and-cheese marinade on the chicken pieces and let them refrigerate for two to three hours.
- Cover a grilling tray with silver foil. Place the chicken pieces on this and grill for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.
- Serve hot with chutney.
