Baby corn pakoda

Ingredients
  • Baby corn : 10-12 Pieces
  • Besan flour : 3/4 cup
  • Corn flour : 1/4 cup
  • Coriander powder : 1 spoon
  • Jeera powder : 1/4 spoon
  • asafoetida : a pinch
  • Chilli powder : According to taste
  • Salt:According to taste
  • Garam masala powder : 1/2 spoon
  • Oil : for deep frying
Method
  1. Cook baby corn in pressure cooker with little salt till 1 whistle.
  2. Cut cooked baby corn into two halves.
  3. Mix besan & corn four, add coriander powder, jeera powder, asafoetida , chilli powder & salt.
  4. Add water & Prepare batter, without any lumps.
  5. Now dip baby corn in the batter & deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Use kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve with tomato ketchup.
