Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups grated bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
- 5 tbsp coarse jowar (white millet) flour
- 1 chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/4 tsp soda bi-carb
- 2 pinches of sugar
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp semolina (rava)
- 1 tomato , chopped
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tbsp khajur imli ki chutney
- Squeeze out a little water from the pumpkin. Add the flour, green chilli, coriander, soda bi-carb, sugar, rava and salt and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake in a hot oven at 225 degree c for 15 minutes. Top with the tomato, onion and khajur imli ki chutney.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
