Ingredients :
1/2 cup thandai syrup
1/2 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi) mixed with
1/2 cup chilled full-fat milk
4 tbsp vanilla ice-cream
1/2 cup ice-cubes
For The Garnish
2 almonds (badam)
Method :
Combine the curds-milk mixture, thandai syrup, vanilla ice-cream and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
Serve immediately garnished with an almond on the rim of each glass.
