1 kg raw mango
750 gms sugar
250 gms mint leaves (phudina)
1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch)
30 gms black salt (sanchal)
1/4 level tsp sodium benzoit
Method :
Boil bottles before start work with cap ,let it boil till syrup ready1.pressure cook whole mango till very soft2.grind mint leave very smooth3.roast jeera powder4.mash mango ,clean stone ,skin mango add little water to clean5.add sugar to pulp ,boil ,it should be sticky but no thread should be formed6.add mint paste ,salt ,black pepper ,jeera powder boil ,close fire7.add sodium benzoit diluted in hot syrup 8.bottel syrup hot in hot bottle
