Ingredients :
1 large sized tomato, chopped into 4
2 to 3 mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 to 2 tsp sugar
1 small bowl of chopped coriander (dhania)
Method :
Blend all above ingredients in a blender or mixer with little crushed ice.Have it as your day starts because it will not only fill ur stomach but help in cleansing activity.
