Saunf Sherbet

Servings :Makes 3 to 5 glasses

Ingredients :

1/2 cup fennel seeds (saunf)
1/2 cup sugar

Method :

Blend the fennel seeds and sugar to a fine powder.Combine this powder with 1 cup water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 8 minutes stirring twice in between.Keep aside for about 10 minutes.Cool completely and stain through a sieve.Store refrigerated in an air-tight container.

How to proceed
When you wish to serve, take 3 to 4 tablespoons of this mixture in a glass and top it with water and ice.
Serve immediately.
