Ingredients :
1/2 tsp dried ginger (soonth) powder
grated jaggery (gur)
1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns (kalimirch)
1 cardamom (elaichi) , crushed
2 tsp lemon juice
Method :
Dissolve the jaggery in 2 cups water and strain.Add the ginger powder, mix well and boil the mixture.Strain and add the crushed cardamom, lemon juice and peppercorns to it.
Serve chilled
