Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1/4 cup thinly sliced capsicum
salt to taste
For The Spicy Dressing
1 1/2 tsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tbsp coarsely crushed roasted peanuts
salt to taste
For The Garnish
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method :
For the spicy dressing
For the spicy dressingHeat the oil in a small non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 15 seconds.
Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool slightly.
Add the vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, chilli powder, peanuts and mix well. Keep aside.
How to proceed
How to proceedCombine the bean sprouts, capsicum, spicy dressing and salt in a bowl and toss well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
