Makes 4 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted puffed rice (kurmura)
- 2 tsp finely chopped raw mango
- 1 cup mangoes
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
- salt to taste
- roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder to taste
- pepper powder to taste
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- finely chopped pineapple
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Serve immediately garnished with pineapple pieces.
