Mango Bhel

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Makes 4 to 8 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups roasted puffed rice (kurmura)
  • 2 tsp finely chopped raw mango
  • 1 cup mangoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
  • salt to taste
  • roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder to taste
  • pepper powder to taste
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
To Garnish
  • finely chopped pineapple
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately garnished with pineapple pieces.
