Tasty Mango Panna

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Makes 4 to 5 glasses
Ingredients
  • 1 medium sized boiled raw mango
  • 250 gms sugar
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dried mint powder
  • 5 cups water
  • ice cubes to serve
For The Garnish
  • fresh mint leaves (phudina)
Method
  1. Mash the boiled raw mango, add the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Transfer to a a deep bowl, add the water and mix well.
  3. Put the ice cubes in each glass and pour the prepared panna.
  4. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
