Thandi Chhas

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
  • 500 gms curds (dahi)
  • salt to taste
  • black salt (sanchal)
  • black peppercorns (kalimirch)
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves (kadi patta)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 green chilli
  • coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
  1. Add water to curd as required and make chhas of it.
  2. Add salt, black salt and pepper as per taste and keep aside.
  3. Put ghee in a pan and put it on flame.
  4. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chilly.
  5. Keep aside to cool.
  6. Add it to the coriander leaves.
  7. Blend the above mixture finely.
  8. Add it to the chhass already prepared.
  9. For garnishing you can put 2-3 coriander leaves in serving mug.
