Paneer and Dill Sandwich

Servings :Makes 4 sandwiches

Ingredients :

8 brown bread slices
2 tsp finely chopped dill leaves
2 tbsp soft butter

To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup curds (dahi)
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp finely chopped black olives
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

Method :

Combine the dill leaves and butter in a bowl and mix well.Brush all the bread slices with the prepared butter-dill mixture and keep aside.Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.Place a bread slice on a clean, dry surface with the buttered-dill mixture side facing upwards.Spread a portion of the stuffing evenly over it and sandwich it using another bread slice with the buttered-dill mixture side facing downwards and press it lightly.Repeat steps 4 and 5 to make 3 more sandwiches.Serve immediately.
