Ingredients :
2 cups papaya cubes
1 cup pear cubes
1/2 cup greek yoghurt or hung curds (chakka dahi)
1/2 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (surajmukhi ke beej)
1 tbsp honey
Method :
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 3 individual glasses and serve chilled.
