Coriander Raita

Ingredients
  • Coriander seeds :2 spoons
  • 4-5 spoons of grated coconut
  • 1- 2 cups curd
  • Salt as per taste
  • Green chilly 1-2 Nos
  • 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds for tempering
Method
  1. Grind the coriander seeds with green chilly, grated coconut with little water. Mix the above mixture with curd in a bowl .
  2. Add curd to adjust the thickness.
  3. Add salt as per taste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan,When mustard seeds start spluttering, add this tempering to bowl.
  5. Now Raita is ready to serve.
