Tomato Sandwiches

Ingredients :

2 tomatoes
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp salad oil
a pinch powdered dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
4 slices bread
butter as needed

Method :

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and chop into big pieces.Add the vinegar, salad oil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and mash everything together.Spread this paste between 2 slices of bread and butter, press lightly.Serve immediately.
