Ingredients :

8 almonds (badam)
8 black peppercorns (kalimirch)
1 tbsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
2 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)
4 raisins
1 tbsp melon seeds (charmagaz) (optional)
1 tsp Roafza
6 tsp sugar (as per taste)
250 ml water
750 ml milk
rose petals for decoration

Method :

Soak badam,kali mirch, khus khus,saunf,munakka at night or 5-6 hours.After this finely grind all the irgrediants with the help of water.Put the above mixture in a fine malmal cloth or chalni.Put lttle water and milk in this and press or crumble this mixutre.Pour milk, roafza and sugar in this mixuture.Summer cool is ready for drink.Decorate with rose petals.
