Rava Moong Idli

Ingredients :

250 gms semolina (rava)
100 gms moong dal (split green gram)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup curds (dahi)

Method :

Soak for 1 hour rava and moong dal in water .Grind in mixture the rava and moong dal with little water,salt and curd.Mix the soda in the above paste of idli after taking out from grinder.Cook the above mixtuer in idli cooker and serve within 5 minutes
