Ingredients :
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup almond (badam) milk
1/4 cup whisked curds (dahi)
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely chopped dates (khajur)
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup orange segments
Method :
Combine the oats, almond milk, and curds in a jar and mix well using a whisk.
Add the honey, dates and chia seeds and mix well.
Close the jar with a lid and refrigerate for atleast 4 hours.
Just before serving, open the lid, top it with the orange segments and serve immediately.
