Ingredients :
2 cups beaten rice (poha)
salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped apple
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds powder
For The Tempering
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 bayleaf (tejpatta)
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
Method :
Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the whole spices.Add the vegetables and fruits and saute for a minute.Add the poha and season it well and mix well.Sprinkle 2 tbsp water and cook it covered for two minutes.Garnish it with kaju-kismis and serve hot.
