Ingredients :

3 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 dst spoon ghee
1 1/2 dst spoon sooji
1/2 tsp cardamon & nutmeg powder
2 tsp charoli
6 tbsp sugar

Method :

Melt ghee in a sauce pan.Add 6 tablespoons sugar and mix well.Add one egg at a time and mix well after each addition, till all the eggs have been added.Add 1 1/2 dessertspoon sooji. mix wellAdd 3/4 cup flour and mix well.Add 1 cup milk gradually mixing well so that there are no lumps.Rest the mixture for and hour.Heat a frying pan.Put in one round spoon ofbatter and spread it thinly.Cook on a slow fire turn and cook the other side.Repeat till all the batter is used up.Fold into half.Serve with strawberry jam or plain.
