1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp grated garlic
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cornflour
3 tbsp curds (dahi)

Method
Combine the marinade with the baby corn and leave aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Grill over a charcoal or electric barbeque, either by wrapping in foil or by
