Peach Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cups chopped peaches
2 cups yogurt (dahi)
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup ice cubes

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer.
Blend till smooth and frothy.
Pour equal quantities into 5 individual glasses and serve chilled.
