Ingredients :
1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
1 mango
1/2 cup mango juice
few sprigs of mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp ghee or olive oil
2 tsp brown sugar
Method :
In a heavy bottomed pan heat olive oil and roast broken wheat on slow flame till golden brown.Add water to it and cover with lid and cook on slow flame till all water dries up.Now add finely chopped mangoes,sugar,and mango juice and cook for few more minutes.Garnish with chopped mint leaves and your power packed mango delicacy is ready.
