Ingredients :
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
4 tbsp powdered sugar
5 tsp oil for cooking
10 bread slices
Method :
Combine the eggs, cardamom powder, milk and powdered sugar in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk. Keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp of oil on a non-stick tava (griddle). Dip 2 slices of bread at a time into the egg-cardamom mixture and cook till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
Repeat step 2 to make 8 more toasts in 4 more batches.Serve immediately.
