Tangy Spicy Healthy Sprouts

Ingredients :

2 cups sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 tbsp chopped raw mangoes
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 cup nylon sev
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) ki chutney
salt to taste
chaat masala to taste

Method :

Combine the moong and vegetables in a bowl and mix well.Add the chutneys, sat and chaat masala and mix well.Add the coriander and green chillies and toss well.Serve in plate garnished with sev.
