Ingredients :
1 cup beaten rice (poha)
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
4 chopped green chillies
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup boiled sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/4 cup sprouted boiled gram
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup hung curds (dahi)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 potato, chopped
2 tomatoes , chopped
50 gms sev
3 tbsp Green Chutney
2 tbsp Khajur Imli ki Chutney
2 tbsp fresh grated coconut
8 curry leaves (kadi patta)
coriander (dhania) leaves for topping
Method :
Wash the poha and leave aside for 15 minutes.On the other side pour the oil in pan and add mustard seeds,curry leaves,Green chillies,chopped potato and cook till potatoes soften.Add to it groundnut , poha, salt, turmeric powder and cook for another 10Minutes and then add lemon juice and sugar.Remove from flame and put into a dish and add to itMoong,gram,onion,tomato,curd ,salt,both chutneys and top with corianderLeaves,gram sev and grated coconut.Serve hot.
