Mixed Vegetable Satays

Ingredients

To Be Mixed Together For The Marinade
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
3 tbsp fresh curds (dahi)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Other Ingredients

1 large red capsicum , cut into cubes
1 large boiled potato , peeled and cut into pieces
100 gms pineapple , cut into cubes
100 gms cauliflower , cut into cubes

Method

Combine the vegetables and place them in the marinade. Keep aside for atleast 3 hours.
Insert the pieces in a satay stick alternately and grill in till cooked.
Serve immediately.
