- Cucumber,peeled and cubed 2 medium
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Ginger 2 inches
- Fresh coriander leaves,chopped 2 tablespoons
- Green chillies 2
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Blend together the cucumber, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, sugar, asafoetida and salt to a smooth paste.
- Add the yogurt and blend again.
- Pour into individual tall glasses, chill and serve
