Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp water
- Roast the sesame seeds on a tava (griddle) for a few seconds.
- Cool, add all the remaining ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
