Black Currant Lassi

Ingredients
  • Black currant crush 1 cup + for garnishing
  • Yogurt,chilled 4 cups
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Crushed ice as required
Method

  1. Blend together the black currant crush, yogurt, sugar and crushed ice in a blender till smooth. 
  2. Pour the lassi in four glasses. 
  3. Garnish with a swirl of black currant crush and serve chilled.
