- 2 grated amla (indian gooseberries)
- 1 cup grated carrot
- Honey to taste
- Water as required
- Basil leaves
- Combine the amla and carrots along with enough water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Add honey and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve garnished with basil leaves.
