- 1 cup iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup papaya cubes
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup orange segments , cut into halves
- 1/2 cup guava cubes
- 1/2 cup strawberries , cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
- 1 tbsp toasted almond (badam) slivers
- Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the dressing and toss well.
- Garnish with almonds and serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Serve chilled.
