- Black currant crush 1 cup + for garnishing
- Yogurt,chilled 4 cups
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Crushed ice as required
- Blend together the black currant crush, yogurt, sugar and crushed ice in a blender till smooth.
- Pour the lassi in four glasses.
- Garnish with a swirl of black currant crush and serve chilled.
