Egg Bhurji

Ingredients :

2 eggs
2 medium sized onions, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp chopped capsicum
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 green chillies, chopped
1/4 red chillies
salt to taste
2 1/2 tsp oil
coriander (dhania) leaves
bread

Method :

First beat eggs in a bowl.Take pan heat oil.Add onions till golden brown.Add all masalas.Then add eggs and lastly tomato and stir well till it seperate into small pieces.Garnish with coriander and serve with bread or toasted bread.
