Ingredients :
8 white bread slices
For The Vegetable Mixture
1 potato boiled peeled and mashed
6 tbsp chopped capsicum
2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
4 tsp chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp chilli paste
4 tsp soy sauce
7 tsp sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
6 tsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
5 tsp cornflour
1 tsp white pepper powder
salt to taste
For Plain Flour Paste
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
water as required
oil for deep frying
Other Ingredients
1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds (til)
Method :
For the Plain Flour Batter
For the Plain Flour BatterCombine the plain flour with water to make thick batter, keep aside.
For the Vegetable Mixture
For the Vegetable MixtureIn a mixing bowl, combine the potato, capsicum, ginger paste, onion, chilli paste, sweet corn, white pepper powder and salt and mash well.Add coriander leaves and mix well.Keep aside.
How to Proceed
How to ProceedCut the sides of bread slices.Spread spoonful of prepared plain flour batter on bread slices.Now spread 4 tsp of prepared vegetable mixture on it.Sprinkle sesame seeds on it and pour a little plain flour batter.Heat oil in non stick pan, deep fry the bread slices till golden brown in colour from both the sides.Drain on absorbent paper.Cut in triangle shape and serve hot.
