Marinated Bell Pepper Burger

Servings :Makes 4 open burgers

Ingredients :

2 burger buns
butter for spreading

To Be Mixed Together For The Parsley Cream Cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated fresh paneer
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

To Be Mixed Together For The Marinated Peppers
1/4 cup sliced yellow capsicum
1/4 cup sliced green capsicum
1/4 cup sliced red capsicum
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/2 tsp lemon juice

For The Garnish
4 parsley sprigs

Method :

Divide the parsley cream cheese mixture into 4 equal portions. Keep aside.
Divide the marinated peppers mixture into 4 equal portions. Keep aside to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut each burger horizontally into 2 equal halves.Apply a little butter on all the bun halves and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 8 to 10 minutes.
Place the baked bun halves on a clean, dry surface with the buttered side facing up.Spread a portion of the prepared parsley cream cheese over each bun halve.
Finally top with a portion of the prepared marinated pepper.
Serve immediately garnished with a parsley sprig.
