Ingredients :
5 tsp tea leaves
coconut ice cream or vanilla
1/4 cup sugar or honey
Method :
In a large saucepan, pour 5 cups boiling water over teaand keep aside for 4-5 mins.Add the sugar or honey, mix well and place in the airtight container in a freezer for 15-20 minutes.Pour into cocktail glasses and top with coconut ice cream. Serve immediately.
