Corn Open Sandwich

Ingredients :

4 bread slices
4 tsp butter
2 corn (makai ke dane)
2 cups milk
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
3 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 cup coriander (dhania)
4 cheese cubes
asafoetida (hing)

Method :

Great the corn & cheezeHeat oil and add mustard seeds in to itWhen it crackels, add pinch of hingThen add turmeric powder and greated cornAdd salt and milk . cover the lid and let it cookWhen it gets cooked, add sugar & green chillyOn the other hand, apply butter on all the bread sliceMake a toast on non-stick tava ( it should be softer than toast)Prepare all the breads like thatPut a little portion of prepared cornGarnish it with corriender leaves, greated cheeze, sesame seeds.
