Curd Dressing

Preparation Time: 30 mins
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat curds
  • 1 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
Method
  1. Tie the curds in a thin muslin cloth. Hang and allow the water to drain out for 1 hour.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill and serve with any fruit or vegetable salad.
