Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms (khumbh)
- 1 tsp butter
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the mushrooms and cook on a slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the mushrooms turn brown in colour.
- Add 2 cups of water, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a slow flame for another 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
