Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups low fat curds
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- Tie the curds in a thin muslin cloth. Hang and allow the water to drain out for 1 hour.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Chill and serve with any fruit or vegetable salad.
