- Kiwi,Roasted and peeled 6
- Fresh coriander leaves,finely chopped 1 cup
- Mint leaves,finely chopped 1/2 cup
- Ginger 1/2 inch
- Black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Black salt (kala namak) 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Chop kiwis into small pieces and put them into a mixer jar.
- Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, black salt, sugar, salt, lemon juice and 3 cups water and grind into a puree.
- Pour the panna in to 4 tall glasses and serve.
