Ingredients
- Grape juice,chilled 2 cups
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup
- Crushed ice as required
- Bottled soda 300 millilitres
- Fresh mint (pudina) for garnish sprigs
- Mix grape juice, lemon juice, ice cream and crushed iced in a large bowl and keep in the refrigerator again. While serving, mix bottled soda with the mixture and pour into individual glasses.
- Top with more crushed ice and mint sprigs.
- Serve chilled.
