Ingredients :
40 chopped spinach (palak) leaves
1 1/2 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
crushed ice to serve
3-4 mint leaves (phudina) to garnish
Method :
Combine all the ingredients along with 2 cups water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
Pour the juice into 4 serving glasses and add the crushed ice.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
