Choco Shake

Servings :Makes 3 glasses

Ingredients :

1 cup grated dark chocolate
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Method :

Boil ½ cup of milk in a broad non-stick pan, add the dark chocolate and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a mixer, along with all the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
Trasnfer the shake into a deep bowl, refrigerate for 1 hour.Pour equal quantities of the shake into 3 individual glasses and serve chilled.
