Ingredients :
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup curds (dahi)
1 tbsp honey
5 ice-cubes
Method :
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses and serve chilled.
